3 Night Minimum
Less than 7 nights, add $65 cleaning charges.

DEPOSIT : ____________ ($585 Jan 4-Dec 19, or $750 Dec.20-Jan3)

Three (3) night deposit required within 7 days of booking.
Deposit refundable (less $50 cancellation fee) on all confirmed bookings if cancelled prior to 30 days of scheduled arrival. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

UPON RECEIPT OF THIS RESERVATION FORM AND DEPOSIT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

CANCELLATION:
All Changes/Cancellations must be made in writing. Our policy allows cancellation outside a 30 day period prior to arrival, with an immediate refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Less than 30 day notice forfeits any refund.

CONDITIONS OF RENTAL:

• The property shall be in the same condition upon departure as check-in (excluding usual cleaning)
• NO SMOKING permitted in the unit
• Guest must immediately notify owner of any damage to the unit.
• Guest shall be liable for all acts of the family, invitees, employees and any persons otherwise on the property during the rental period.
• Guest agrees to abide by all House Rules of the Property & the Owner.
• Guest may not sublet or assign this agreement
• Guest shall not bring any pets onto the property
• Guest agrees to use a calling card if making any long distance telephone calls
• Guest accepts full responsibility associated with the occupancy of this property and agrees to hold Owner harmless for any and all accidents, injuries or death.
• Guest shall be responsible to return keys upon departure
• Guest shall not permit any use of the pool, spa, or ocean by unsupervised children or other guests. Guest and other invitees shall use the pool at their own risk.
• Guest is aware that one of the owners holds a Real Estate license in the State of Hawaii.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I/We, the undersigned, hereby warrant that I/we have read, understand, and agree to the above terms & conditions and I/we agree to abide by Owner's restrictions of use of said property.
